THE
STUCKIST PARTY
The Stuckist
Party was an officially registered a political party with the
Electoral Commission. Stuckist Party candidate Charles Thomson
stood in the General Election on 7 June in the South Islington
and Finsbury constituency against Culture secretary Chris Smith
and gained 108 votes, coincidentally reminiscent of Gallery 108,
where the first Stuckist show was held in 1999. The Stuckist Party
is now de-registered.
