A February 2007 issue of The Spectator had an article on Tate director, Sir Nicholas Serota,
"Culture's Still a Low Priority" by Mark Glazebrook. Oddly their web site captioned Serota's photo
as shown above. What is he saying to justify this? The results of our competition to find out are below.

Can you guess what it is yet? It only cost £705,000,000! I ate my other arm. To be honest, I'm not sure if it's an artwork or a ventilation grill myself.
